Ode to Nutella
Never will you find a spread with such buttery, creamy texture. A consistency that deftly whips across morning toast, coating the golden wheat with chocolate goodness. Where else do hazelnut and cocoa notes simultaneously ignite your taste buds? Perfect with tea and milk, just tea, or just milk. The jar is generous, but small enough to enforce portion control. It’s almost as if Ferrero temptingly stops shy of your appetite’s limits. Then again, I am happy to throw portions to the wind and scoop heaping helpings of the stuff on to the largest spoon in my kitchen – which perhaps is what Nutella was designed for all along.
