Flavor and Savor



Walk in wisdom toward outsiders, making the best use of the time. Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.

Salt has two purposes: to flavor and to preserve. Practical application? Make your words seasoned with salt, sweet to hear and worth savoring.

The most sweet, yet savory, words we could share with others is the Word: Jesus Christ. The Gospel.
