As an entrepreneur you need time to work ON your business, and not just IN your business.
That’s where I come in!
As an entrepreneur myself, I support your business by taking care of those niggly tasks clogging up your workflow, but always with the thought, “How can I help her grow her business?” My clients will tell you I am enthusiastic, motivated, and offer creative solutions. (I just can’t let the marketing bug go!)
In addition to being a blogger and social media networker, I have over five years’ experience in Internet marketing. My ENFP ‘Campaigner’ Personality type informs much of how I approach business. By partnering together, I’ll bring a fresh sense of warmth, creativity, and an open-mindedness to your business that will keep you moving forward; all the while offloading those humdrum jobs off your plate!
I absolutely love working with Victoria Wilson! I have used Victoria as an editor for an e-book and also to format my book for paperback. She did a phenomenal job with both projects. Victoria’s work is of the highest quality, and her professionalism and friendliness make her a pleasure to work with. She is a gifted writer, editor, and formatter who has been invaluable to us on our book writing and publishing adventure. I highly recommend Victoria Wilson!Sarah Korhnak
Victoria is a joy to work with! She’s an excellent communicator and a very hard worker. She’s conscientious and pays attention to detail, and she’s crazy smart too! She’s worked with us on formatting our e-book for CreateSpace as well as editing our book. Victoria is the kind of person you go to when you need something done well and done right. We highly recommend her for editing and formatting work, and as an experienced blogger and networker, she’s perfect for any communication, social media, or other work you may need.Beth Anne Schwamberger

Creative Strategy Session
What do I mean by ‘creative strategy’? Here’s how this will work:
- You contact me and we’ll set up a time to chat.
- You’ll tell me what your business goals are and the particular ways you’re wanting me to help. (Trying to promote a new product? Want to launch a brand awareness campaign? Need ideas about what to post on social media?)
- Then, we’ll have a one-hour phone call to talk all about your business. (During the course of our phone call, I promise my mind will be whirling with ideas for you!)
- Afterward, I’ll send a comprehensive email just bursting with creative marketing ideas.
- Feel free to email back and forth as much as you need to really make our brainstorming worth it.
- You put in to practice the ideas we created together! Everyone wins!
Remember how I told you I’m an entrepreneur at heart? Well, I became so excited about the freedom VA work offers that I created a course to teach others how to start working from home! Along with my business partner, Carlee, we developed Moms Work Hard – an online course giving Moms confidence to use skills they already have to make money at home.
Meet Victoria, Your Virtual Assistant!
I graduated from Berea College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. (I was even able to spend a semester abroad studying English at the University of St Andrews in Scotland…that’s right, where Prince William & Kate met!)
I married my husband in early 2013 and had every intention to climb the corporate ladder.
Until I took a pregnancy test with an unexpected positive result!
When my daughter was about five months old I decided to leave my full-time position at a marketing agency and become a part-time contractor so I could focus more of my attention at home.
And so began the road to becoming a momprenuer and online business owner.
After a year of trying to keep it together as a corporate boss lady and be a great mother, I realized something had to give. It was around this time I started listening to a new podcast called Brilliant Business Moms. Story after story of moms working a side hustle while loving their family well intrigued me. I thought, “If they can do it, well so can I!”
But what business could I start?
Why not leverage all the communication, and business, and marketing experience I had been cultivating over the past six years!?
I reached out to a few bloggers I had followed for a long time to pitch my services. Lo and behold, I started getting hired! I later learned that this work I was doing had a name ‘virtual assistant’. I embraced the title and didn’t look back.
Through lots of hard work and doing it scared, I’ve been able to work with some amazing bloggers and online business owners.
I always love talking shop with a fellow momprenuer, whether you’re in the market to hire a VA or not. (And if it turns out I’m not the VA for you, I will gladly recommend others. I’m of the ‘strong women build each other up’ mentality.)
This journey of loving my kiddos and hustling hard has been a wild one, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
